利用規約
第1条（適用）
本規約は、JPNAVI（以下「当サイト」）が販売する有料コンテンツ（テキスト、音声、動画、模試データ等）のすべての利用に対して適用されます。
第2条（契約の成立）
ユーザーが購入手続きを行い、決済が完了した時点で売買契約が成立します。商品の引き渡しは、決済完了後のサイト上での閲覧許可をもって完了とします。
第3条（返品・返金の特約）
1. デジタルコンテンツという性質上、原則として返品・返金には応じられません。
2. 重複購入、端末の非対応、通信環境の不備など、お客様都合による返金も行いません。
3. コンテンツへのアクセス障害や、データ自体に重大な瑕疵（不具合）がある場合に限り、正常なデータの提供またはアクセス権の復旧にて対応いたします。
第4条（禁止事項・著作権）
購入されたコンテンツの著作権は当サイトに帰属します。以下の行為を固く禁じます。
(1) 購入したデータを第三者に譲渡、転売、貸与、配布すること。
(2) データをSNS、ブログ、動画サイト、ファイル共有ソフト等へアップロードすること。
(3) 1つのアカウントまたは購入データを複数人で共有して利用すること（グループ学習等での無断複製を含む）。
(4) コンテンツの改変、翻訳、二次的著作物の作成。
第5条（違反時の対応）
前条の禁止行為が発覚した場合、当サイトは当該ユーザーの利用権限を即座に停止し、法的措置（損害賠償請求、著作権法違反による刑事告訴等）をとる場合があります。
第6条（免責および非保証）
本コンテンツは現状有姿で提供されるものであり、試験の合格や特定の成果を保証するものではありません。また、原則として解答・解説の提供や、内容に関する個別対応（メール等での質問回答）は一切行いません。本コンテンツの利用により生じた損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。

Article 3 (No Refunds)
1. Due to the nature of digital content, NO REFUNDS, returns, or cancellations are accepted after purchase for any reason.
2. We do not offer refunds for duplicate purchases, incompatible devices, or poor internet connections.
3. Only in the event of a technical issue preventing access or a significant defect in the data itself, we will address it by providing correct data or restoring access.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts & Copyright)
Copyrights of purchased content belong to this Site. The following acts are strictly prohibited:
(1) Transferring, reselling, lending, or distributing purchased data to third parties.
(2) Uploading data to social media, blogs, video sites, or file-sharing services.
(3) Sharing a single account or purchased data among multiple people.
(4) Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of the content.
Article 5 (Violation)
If any prohibited act is discovered, this Site may immediately suspend the user’s access rights and take legal action (including claims for damages and criminal complaints for copyright infringement).

We do not provide answer keys, explanations, or individual support (e.g., answering inquiries via email) regarding the content.
